`We spent much of the summer looking at foreclosures and even put in bids on a couple, as did dozens of other potential buyers so we never got close to getting a house,` said Nichole Young. `And, nothing we saw was exactly what we were hoping for and all needed work before we could more in.`

The couple and their real estate agent finally shifted from looking at foreclosure homes to new homes and Trail Ridge was among the first communities they toured.

`We put a deposit down before we left,` said Nichole Young. `This matched our needs so much more than anything we had seen previously, and, it was new down to the appliances that were included and we were able to select the flooring.`

The couple grew up in the same community in Michigan, only meeting each other while working together in Las Vegas. Marlon is a district director for a wireless communications provider while Nichole is a busy mother to their young sons.
